After you move out, if you can get a better rate and/or terms, you can try and refinance, but you can also keep your FHA loan in place. If you do keep your FHA loan in place, If you want to buy another home, unless you have a very good reason for moving out, (job in a different city, etc) you won't be able to get another FHA loan at the same time if your existing FHA loan is still in place.

You could simply ask him. But do it over the phone or in person so you can try and analyze his response. Hey, if you feel the least bit uncomfortable, it is still your option to walk away as long as you haven't invested any money yet. By the way Jennifer. Never ever hurry and get into a deal. Analyze, analyze, and over analyze. Ask many many questions etc.... Until you feel 100% comfortable you are not stepping into a trap.

Brie, I have a question.

I'm a newbie, and just about to buy my second flip in Cleveland, but eventually I am wanting to buy and hold like you and have it replace my income.  My question is.....if $35K is your gross monthly rents, can I ask what your estimated "Net" profits (income) is each month?  Now if this is too personal of a question, please tell me, but I want to get to a goal of $20,000 passive income per month, so was wondering of $35K gross would accomplish that.

Thanks Brie!

PS:  I absolutely LOVED your podcast when you first quit your job!  You are an inspiration to me!

Kind Regards,
