Good Afternoon Everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone had any good prescreening scripts for that initial call from a direct mail. The direct mail campaign that I am doing is NOD and Absentee Owners and I am trying to make sure that I get all of the necessary information on the phone the first time so that when I meet with the homeowner I have as much knowledge as possible.I am trying to be as efficient as I can so the homeowners needs are meet as quickly as possible.

Thanks In Advance

James S.

You are very welcome!   If there is one thing I learned as a new agent and investor was this typical training session.

"Here's your desk, here's your phone, here's the phonebook, you're on your own."

I promised that I would #PayItForward and never say that to someone else if I ever got in a place where I would be able to help.  With my podcast and blog, I feel like I am able to successfully meet that karmic need to pay it forward!

If I can ever be of service, please holla at a boy!!

Karl
