@Andrew Syrios Interesting. I like Chicago because it seems like a sufficiently economically diverse city to not have issues like we've seen in Detroit. It has a very good transit system, and the city seems to be on a up. I think the future of Chicago looks bright. Yeah Jacksonville has decent numbers, I am going to have to continue to monitor Jacksonville for now. Wow you moved? Do you think you could share your references for agents, property managers and contractors? I am very interested and will be making a trip over there in a few weeks. Yes the numbers are very similar. How long ago did you move? and from where if you don't mind me asking? I thought I was the only one crazy enough to move there to invest. I am also considering a move to the midwest for investments. 

@Nicole S. Yeah I love doing all the research its fun and interesting to see how different areas are doing. I love looking at numbers and analyzing them. Oh man just wait. Seattle might get more expensive. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I saw a VERY small cottage style house/ untouched for years, barely inhabitable go for over a MILLION dollars!! Total tear down. I will definitely post. 

@Account Closed Sorry to heat that but I am happy that your children are growing up with such a positive father. I personally know the struggle of being with an autistic child. My little cousin is also autistic he's 6. I hope you succeed for the better of your community and your children!
