I am an out-of-state investor seeking recommendations for agents that work with investors in the Chicago area. I want a hungry agent that will know where to find good deals. If you have worked with anyone that fits this position please leave me a private message or a comment. Also if you have had any significantly negative experiences with any agents i'd also like to hear about it.
