@Omid Tehranirad Yes definitely. Right now I’m currently reading Brandon Turner’s books on Rental Properties, buying properties with no or low money down & David Greene’s book on Long Distance Real Estate Investing. Video wise just look up some bigger pockets podcast/videos on your strategy or anything you may have questions for, theres a bunch! There’s also a section on BP where they have recommended books (3 of them which I mentioned). But I believe you have to be on a computer to see it.

@Omid Tehranirad I suggest watching as much videos and podcasts as you can. Unless you already know the basics. Personally I wouldn’t attend local meetups if I don’t know basics of investing and my strategy etc. Maybe try to read a few books if you can as well that helps. There’s also an app called Meetup and you can search for local meetups and real estate groups on there. Good luck!

What are some questions you guys feel like are a MUST to ask your agent/property manager when you aren’t knowledgeable about a market you are trying to invest in out of state?
