Hungry to learn and invest

Omid Tehranirad
Posted

I've worked in middle management for over 10 years in an auto insurance company. I live in Anaheim hills with my wife and three kids.

I have been a member for a little less than a year. This will be my very first post and my first step towards taking action towards financial independence. I am super excited to be a part of the community.

My goal is to purchase my first out of state multi family units in the next few months.

Looking forward to building skills and  relationships to scale to over 100 units in five years.

If you're looking for book recommendations, I really liked The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller. Any book by the Rich Dad Advisors are great (richdad.com). I would also recommend checking out some of the books by BiggerPockets contributors (Bookstore tab). There are also a lot of great free webinars (Education tab -> Webinars). Do you listen to the podcast?
