Hi, I'm Kameron and 19 years old pursuing real estate in just like everybody else on this great website. I am a motivated self-starter looking for anyone who lives around the Bay Area and is well experienced in investing Real Estate through rental property investing that who would like help with anything. If you aren't this that's okay if you want to network and get to know each other message me anyways. I currently work a part-time job, invest in the stock market (options trading) for growth and income towards my first property downpayment, am studying for my Real Estate License, I also read books related to self-growth and Real Estate Investing, and do some extracurricular activities on the side. I'd love to work with anybody providing value for them with their needs and get a little bit experience in Real Estate and what a typical day is like.

Curious on what you guys think I should be doing while saving for a down payment. What I'm already doing is educating myself with books and webinars and analyzing deals. Should I be attending more networking events? Finding a team out-of-state?

Lately I have been thinking of house-hacking. But the MFPs in my area are too expensive. I'm down to move somewhere in California where I can afford an MFP maybe with an FHA loan. What are some ways I could get funding for properties?
