... heck there's an entire CATEGORY called "Success Storeies". And that's what I thinj this was. A. Success story post. I am glad for you @BPREAD that you had your own "Aha" moment. Mine happened when I realiEd I needed to stop fearing the judgement or lack of approval of others and simply dive head first into what I'm passionate about which is wholesaling. 

Others are right though. Even the best laid plan is useless without execution and execution is diffict without gaining support from others. 

@John Horner  would you mind sharing how you configured podio in that way? I'm working on configuring podio right not.... trying to get that OFF my to do list but I've been procrastinating about it.

Can anyone who uses an answering service tell me about it? When did you decide to outsource answering, what service do you use, how much do they charge, how does it work etc.

If you plan to buy it, I believe you need to have the cash reserve to do so. You could just do an asignee contract however then you'll be disclosing to both the buyer and seller what your profit will be.
