Yeah exactly!! that is my biggest problem, I do also the same work out, do a couple other hobbies, but to me I think in the end I would probably be a better entrepreneur/person, if I took on some part time work 20 hours or so. It can keep me on task I think better, and right now all the freedom is great, but the issue is you do have so much downtime, it is actually bad and I think I get lazier because of it as opposed to if I had something else to keep me going! Also people are like watch shows, do other stuff, but I think it is boring and would rather be making money and another income source is good for when you have those stretches of 3-4 weeks when you don't close deals !

Yeah this is what I am doing this year, can't wait! Rental properties are what my goals are.. I want my income from rental properties to exceed my expenses so pretty much I don't have to work… Problem with flipping houses is you are always chasing your next deal, so It is like a full time job even though the checks are nice

I drive two cars as well..

2006 Honda civic paid 6k for 120k miles

and 2004 BMW 325 convertible.. paid 8k for it 76k miles.. I live in FL and always wanted to have a nice convertible, just a reward for working hard I only drive it when going out and such

Paid cash for both otherwise would have never bought the BMW

otherwise I use the civic for business and work, actually it is decorated in WE BUY HOUSES logos anyways lol so at least it is marketing when I drive always

He did we actually closed a deal on it from an out of state owner in the Bahamas, He just doesn't send out enough only about 30 a week.. I want to rev it up and get 150 out a week which is 600 a month on vacant homes there would have to be a deal in there, My biggest thing is making sure I don't get a lot of returned addresses,( so I know there accurate)

James which area of Cleveland is that in ? I would like to look for something similar.. Your going to be getting about 1600$ a month in rent on a 55k investment? That is common in Cleveland?
