Learn wholesaling or creative financing. Make 5 offers a day. $5,000 was more than I had when I got started.

@Ryan Phu - My team just notified me that you actually only paid $500, not $1,500. And we’ve already refunded all the money to you on May 27th, when you first asked for it. I may be wrong... But whatever we still need to do to make it right, let me know.

For the record - and since this thread refuses to die on BP - I haven’t worked with Peter for a very long time... at least 3 years. We have very different coaching styles. I’ll leave it at that. ;)

Post: I Am Looking To Hire A Sales Superstar

I’m growing my lease options business into some new markets and I’m looking for a sales superstar. Experience doing deals is helpful, but not required.

If you’re not a top performer, don’t even apply.

There will be a small base salary and generous commissions. Average pay will be between $50,000 - $75,000 a year. Superstars can make well over $125,000 a year.

This position is only for the best sales people. You have to be good on the phone & know how to close.

You’ll be working closely with me and my team. We’ll be doing these deals virtually, in multiple markets around the country.

If you think you have what it takes, email the following to [email protected]:

1) a resume

2) a short video from your phone talking about why you’re a superstar

3) a completed DISC Profile from TonyRobbins.com/disc

4) the words “I am a superstar” in the subject line.

Amber, if you’re assigning lease options in Texas, make sure you check out John Jackson. He’s been doing it for years and years out there. And he has all the contracts written by his attorneys. Just google his name.

I’d recommend contacting Brian Trippe at the AlaREIA in Birmingham. They just did a video on their YouTube page about a member who recently did a Lease Option.

(And yes, assigning a lease option contract is legal in AL - the same as assigning a regular Wholesaling contract is. But I recommend that you consider hiring a Realtor to market the home for you. Or become a Realtor yourself.)

By the way, Justin, I sold my course for A LOT less than $1,500 at that REIA meeting. I sold it for $497. (I give special treatment to fellow StL Cardinal fans.)
