Welcome to BP Jose. There are a ton of knowledgeable real estate investors and some very successful wholesalers here. Make sure you pay attention to them. If you stay active on the forums you will eventually build relationships with other members and perhaps you can find a mentor...if not, you have many right here on the forums!

Make sure you let us know if you cannot find something you are looking for. Good luck!

What about real estate sales? I am not sure specifically, but I know a lot of brokerages have pretty involved sales training programs. Perhaps you can call around to some brokerages to find out how their programs are setup.

Adrian, welcome to BP. Make sure you head over to the New Member Introduction area and introduce yourself and tell us about your real estate investing goals.

As for your question, there are many loan options out there, so it is hard to know exactly what you are referring to. For example, I use a local bank for the majority of my flips and the loans include the renovation costs which we access like through draws. At certain intervals throughout the renovation we submit a draw request. To receive the draw we have to present receipts and invoices.

However, there are options out there to get loans for renovations.
