Hello, not new but back

Hello my name is Donna and I was a member a couple of years ago. I became frustrated at trying to learn how to invest in real estate, got burned a couple of times and just gave up. Well after trying and reading tons of info that wants thousands of dollars to learn the "secrets". I came back here. This site has the most honest, open and helpful info and people. There is a lot to learn here and its reliable.

Not a plug, but the truth. I have learned things here, that I have never heard elsewhere that works. I am going to look at a property in a couple of days, I am finally feeling confident enough to get started after many years of analyzing, my goal is to become financially free and teach my family to do the same without the fluff and hype. I thank Joshua and Brandon for having me back and will ask anything I am not sure of. Hope to get to know some of you and work with you.
