@Katie Fiola Jones I would say buy in Chicago. I sell as well as invest in the Western Suburbs as well. Denver vs. Chicago markets are pretty similar right now but depending what burb you're looking in there are very affordable homes here and not trashed. Feel free to shoot me a message if you want me to send you some examples.

Multies are a little hard to find an average cap in Aurora but if you'd like to send me some details on that specific building I can compare it to some comps.

My CPA is located in Rockford IL I have only met with him one time when he set everything up. Other than that we work remotely and he has been great.
