Property was fully renovated 3 years ago by an investor. The buyer who ended up purchasing the home passed away. Family wanted nothing to do with it. Loan defaulted.

Home is also located in an unincorporated section of town. Many investors got cold feet due to septic. Simple septic inspection verified everything was dandy and the project began!

Property has original cabinets, original granite, original tub and bath tile, original floors, original hardwood, original trim.

Rehab included: New tear off roof, new central AC, new exterior doors, painted siding, new windows, new garage door, appliances, paint, and cleaning.

Purchase : $74,251

Rehab: $18,000

Just Listed: $155,000 with multiple showings.
