Not sure what a VA inspector is and I've represented a few VA buyers recently. Your wife should ask her broker, thats what they are for.

The auction houses are brokerages and then post the auctions to the MLS, this then feeds Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, etc.

Your loan origination charge is ridiculously high. Did you use an online lender? And how can this be an investment property if have MIP?

@Masud Kamal Dan is a broker in the area. Never heard of Sunil, but probably a client who he converted into a partner. I can’t speak to any investment opportunities, but if Dan screwed you, he’d have a lot to lose.

If her timeline is a month and you don't have a contract on it I would say you are around 2-3 weeks behind schedule.

I would suggest keeping it, unless you need to sell in order to buy the next one or if it is impossible to rent out.
