Post: Hard Money Lender Rescue

I am ready to move forward with a deal for a flip property. I developed a relationship with a HML who was also ready to move forward contingent on inspection of the property. I have now been waiting a month for the lender to inspect the property and he has since stopped returning my calls and messages. It's a miracle that this deal hasn't already gone to someone else, but the realtor just received a 203k offer. I can still get this property but I'm in need of a rescue lender or another option. Any advice? Is this deal doomed?

I was just asked to submit a proposal for partnership with a development company on a 350 acre hotel and condo community. This is quite a step in the right direction for me. I started a think tank about a year ago and came up with what I thought was a great development idea. This particular development company had a similar idea and has already begun the process of development. I feel a little overwhelmed at this moment but I'm very grateful for this opportunity and I'm confident that my company is perfect for this job. Is there anyone here in the BP community with any experience proposing a large scale partnership with a developer? And and all advice is tremendously appreciated!!

Brett Caron I've heard that RE immediately surrounding a casino usually tanks so I think you're right about being a little further from Schenectady. I have seen some incredibly low prices there however. I've heard some good things about Rotterdam as well. Is Amsterdam comparable? Is there substantial inventory on the market with a lot of value?

Brett Caron Welcome to BP. This is definitely the place to network. Good luck! I recently heard that there is a casino opening soon in Schenectady, how do you think this will affect the market near you?

Hey all- My name is Justin and I'm new to real estate investing. My major goal for this year is to flip 4 properties. I have a background in construction and have worked in contracting for many years. I'm also very interested in BRRRR investing. I appreciate any and all advice and I hope to become one of the many success stories here on BiggerPockets. Currently I am finding it difficult to find properties that actually work financially to flip in my market. I would love to find wholesalers in this area. In fact, this is what led me to BiggerPockets in the first place. I was searching for ways to find wholesalers and found BP. What a resource! I'm very excited to be a part of this group! There are so many great people and so much help here. I'm looking forward to making my mark in real estate.
