@Kandice Manciel how long has the tenant been in the home? How much is the current tenants paying monthly? And check the area

@Joy Allen Detroit can be landlord friendly usually landlords leave that up to the tenant. water bill typical is left in tenants name.

@Gregory Brown some of those $5,000 dollars homes are in bad areas of Detroit so that’s why they aren’t purchased. Also good contractors are hard to come by.
