My name is Alex Piazza, and if you haven't met me yet, I'm the Marketing Manager at Light House Realty LV. Our next Lehigh Valley meetup is November 20th, and I’m stealing the mic and the host spot to interview Justin Brown for the first time!

We’ll have food and drinks, a fun interview with Justin, and wrap up with some deal analysis. This is always a FREE event, but we are requesting that you bring an “entry fee” of some canned food for Sixth Street Shelter. For every can you bring, you'll receive an entry to snag a 10 lb. Toblerone chocolate bar.

I’ve learned so much from Justin in the past year and a half and you are not going to want to miss all of the incredible wisdom he has to share. We’re even going to chat about his first wholesaling deal (a castle when he was 12!!)

Man, myth, or legend? Find out who many of us have to thank for millions of dollars of financial counsel, advice, and not to mention friendship. When it comes to finances, believe it or not, it can be a very sensitive topic for a lot of people. Not only is this guy good at what he does on paper, but he comes alongside you as a partner in the process. I honestly don't know how he does it aside from caring a lot for the people he works with. Our guest speaker for June is Giang Nguyen. Is she a scientist, a syndicator, or a salsa dancer?! The answer to all those questions is YES! I had the pleasure of meeting Giang through BP several years ago, and have stayed in touch as I have watched her grow her business and influence! Starting out with a portfolio in Philly, she knows what it takes to grow from the ground up. Applying her strengths in data analysis from her work as a scientist, she has grown into the syndication space where she owns One River Capital! Having recently toured her most recent project (a 42 unit in Reading!) I’m pumped to have her as our guest and hear more of her story! Giang truly has the heart of a teacher so I’m sure she has tons of nuggets to drop on us. Don’t miss this one!

Our guest speaker for May is Joe Colasuonno! Veteran attendees of our meetup will know Joe for his investment in our education on running numbers on investment properties, and in understanding the Allentown market. We've learned so much from him in our Allentown portfolios. Joe had the nerve to get married, have a kid, and settle down in NJ, but he's finally able to join us again! With over 500 units and over a decade of experience, we are pumped to hear his story.
