What a blast it was to pack the house out with investors who are committed to achieving their goals this year! I had a blast in our small group learning about some of the wins from '23 and hearing how that is fueling your goals for '24! If you could not make it you missed a good one. Here are the highlights!

We discussed the the Light House approach to goal setting:

- Look at the big wins from last year

- Brain storm goals for the next year and pick the most exciting one

- Decide what your 90 day target is to push you towards achieving your year goal

- Track the actions/habits that it will take to hit that 90 day target

We also had a blast reviewing an ON MARKET deal and seeing how the numbers play out. We are going to continue with that conversation next time by reviewing some more deals on the whiteboard and hearing from our guest speaker Angela Carden on how to make on market deals work! We will discuss flipping, BRRRR, and buy and hold so make sure to come with your notebook, calculator and an open mind to drink from a fire hose!
