What a blast it was hearing from Emmanuel "Manny" Suarez at our March meetup. If you joined us, you could tell what a passionate and caring man Manny is and how much he cares for the city of Allentown. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how important God was to his journey, and how he felt His leading in many intersections in his investing journey. I'm not sure what your faith journey is but wherever you are at I encourage you to think about what that looks like for yourself. It was a good reminder to me, as we all are investing in real estate, that there is this added benefit. We have the opportunity to change peoples' lives. We get to be kind, caring landlords. We get to listen to our tenants. We get to renovate and improve properties so that people have a nice place to live. These are some of the many reasons I'm passionate about real estate investing.

Manny's perspective in real estate investing and having a larger perspective has had a huge impact on my life and I'm grateful we had the opportunity to hear from him.

Property Manager, Flipper, Multifamily buy and hold investor, or all of the above? I truly can't say how much Nick has done for helping me get out of my own way and take the next step in my journey. I hope you all come out to hear his story. I had to beg and plead with him for over a year to make this happen so don't miss it!
