I looking to have a meet and greet in Charlotte. I'm looking at maybe the first Saturday in August.  The location and time is undetermined. It could be brunch,  lunch, or whatever.  The event will not be sponsored and nothing will be pitched.

What I would try to do is partner with her, possibly on all 3 properties.

That's a very opened ended question. First what are your goals. Secondly which field of investing are you interested in. Third what's a chunk of change $100 of quarters or $100 thousand dollars?

I don't think your credit has any thing to do with how much the bank will lend you as an investor. It may determine if they loan you money, the amount will be based on other factors.

What is her motivation for selling? It seems like she is on the losing end of this deal. The house is worth 130k she's asking 115k losing 15k off top. She grosses $3500 per month and nets  $2600. She has a market that's not likely to change.

She's going to give that up to get $750 per month from you?

Always get legal counsel to make sure you follow your state laws. However try the file place under the resource tab.
