In N.C the state fee is $125, and I did it myself. I plan on having several LLCs. So paying thousands of dollars for the creation of each LLC just wouldn't work for me.

@Jay Hinrichs I'm interested in the podcast, but I can't find it. Do you have the link?

@Chuck King I have 2 deals in the works. 1 just outside Charlotte that should hit the 2% rule. 27k to buy 15k to rehab, and rent for $850. The 2nd is in Charlotte, basically turnkey 95k to buy and looking to rent for $1300

The Charlotte meet up was more than I could have hoped for. I met so many people, and learned a ton of information. There were so many people that I didn't have time to personally connect with everyone. My information is posted here, so feel free to reach out to me.

Special thanks @Nasar Elarabi , whomever brought the doughnuts and coffee, and the vets that graciously and openly shared  their experiencing with everyone.

Sorry I didn't take any pictures this go around.

The count down is on. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone. @

@Chris Briscoe sorry you can't make it. I would like to do this at least 4 times a year, so the next one is coming soon.

Everyone else see you tomorrow.

Are you interested in contractors that make properties turnkey, or companies that sale turnkey properties?

I haven't been able to find deals above the 1% rule. I may be to get close to the 2% rule if I get into low class neighborhods.

I made a relatively large deposit via check into my account. A lot of people are to be paid from this deposit. The problem is there is a 10 day hold on this deposit. So everyone has to wait. I have enough in the account to pay a few people. However this would tie up all of my available funds.

My question is. Moving forward is there anyway to avoid having a hold on large deposits?
