@Brock Mogensen to my understanding syndication is when multiple investors gather to purchase a property, correct ?

My question is geared more towards one on one partnership.

For example if I find a deal and say hey Mr. Mogensen, I have a deal that will make xyz amount. I’d like your partnership on this deal, I’m looking for you to front the capital. I’d be willing to take 10 % equity for finding the deal and you 90% because you’re fronting the capital.

@Evan Polaski Let’s say I’m not using any of my capital, I just bring the deal to the table the under writing was done with all the numbers.. by just bringing the deal is it likely that i would own equity in the property while the investor bring all the capital. I may not be asking the correct question you’re right.

@Justin Campbell understood, so the landing pages just verifies that’s you’re real in there eyes doesn’t have to show any proof of other deals. And by filling out the questionnaire it becomes more authentic to them, Brilliant.

@Indro Dhar that makes total sense, thank you for replying. I would like to present future deals as a partner not a wholesaler.

Yes sure I’ll send you a message if that’s ok.

Hello BP,

What percentage of equity is ok to ask for when presenting a deal to an investor? If I want to partner with an investor and not just get a finders fee for the deal.. is 5, 10 or even 20% equity what someone usually asks for?

Hello BP,

When starting out and you’re sending out mail ( direct mail ) how does one sent up landing pages and a call to action when I have no reference. For example I can’t say check ya out on Instagram, Facebook etc if I have nothing to show..

What are some strategies you guys use?

@Vi K. That is true, just have to find one willing to work with me at this stage. Simple concept not very easy to find but that’s part of the business until I have the accolades

@Vi K. Thank you very much. It seems every one tries to qualify you at first. Wether it’s the realtor or whomever. That’s why I asked if I should start doing that now.

Thank you.
