Setting up a call for action.

Hello BP,

When starting out and you’re sending out mail ( direct mail ) how does one sent up landing pages and a call to action when I have no reference. For example I can’t say check ya out on Instagram, Facebook etc if I have nothing to show..

What are some strategies you guys use?

Direct mailing had not faired well as of yet. This market is a little tough. People are more on edge in NY so it’s a bit tougher.

A lot of the times credibility comes with attitude.

People will only /mostly want to see reviews when you simply have a shady vibe to you. A shady vibe comes when you are not confident, when you are insecure, when you have something to hide. People smell that miles away. It stinks on you, on your body language, in your lack of knowledge. 

If you act confident and have a great credible website, no one is going to expect reviews from you.

WHY is that? Because I act like I am god's gift to house sellers. Confident secure and super sexy. Not many people feel like they need to check up on me....
