I currently rent a 2 BR / 2 Bath condo in snowmass that I STR (with owners permission). It has not made a ton of $ but been a great learning experience and has been a great place to stay when I work up there in the summer. Sadly I was told today that the owner is putting it on the market :( The thought of selling all the furnishings and accessories (dishes, plants, etc) is daunting and I would really like to find another condo to move to. Definitely a 2 BR with 1 or 2 baths. Ideally in the Snowmass / Aspen area. I have property management in place and the property would stay in mint condition since it's maintained/cleaned every few days. Looking to sign at least a 1 year lease. (wish I could buy but those mtn HOA fees... whoa!)

@Jonathan Perham  ha!  moved from Costa Mesa right on the border of HB :) .  I do miss the quick bike ride to the beach though.  Also... Highlands Ranch is a huge suburb (planned community) southwest of Denver.  Great for families, bad for nightlife.  A car is pretty much a necessity there.  The Highlands is a neighborhood near downtown...it's the mega hot area where all the trendy bars/restaurants are.  Super cool place but RE is spendy.

Welcome!!  I grew up in Denver but have lived in Southern California for the last 20 years.  We recently moved to the West Colfax neighborhood and LOVE It.  It's up and coming so not as expensive as the Highlands, etc. but still close to Sloans Lake (walkable) with the light rail right there to be in DT in 15 mins.
