Looking to sublet a condo in a Colorado ski town for STR income

I currently rent a 2 BR / 2 Bath condo in snowmass that I STR (with owners permission). It has not made a ton of $ but been a great learning experience and has been a great place to stay when I work up there in the summer. Sadly I was told today that the owner is putting it on the market :( The thought of selling all the furnishings and accessories (dishes, plants, etc) is daunting and I would really like to find another condo to move to. Definitely a 2 BR with 1 or 2 baths. Ideally in the Snowmass / Aspen area. I have property management in place and the property would stay in mint condition since it's maintained/cleaned every few days. Looking to sign at least a 1 year lease. (wish I could buy but those mtn HOA fees... whoa!)
