Hello BP community, 

I am interested in investing in the Bronx New York I am looking for Multi family houses turnkey or at least without any major issues. Does anyone have any good agents to recommend ?

Also does anyone have any advice or feed back on investing in multifamilies in the BX?

theres alot of different options depending on your situation. 

I would suggest you run the numbers on both options and figure out which one you are willing to live with. There isn't always a right answer, maybe just a better option for your specific scenario. 

Have you figured out your financing plan? You may want to speak to some lenders to get an idea of how much they are willing to lend you. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I have not done anything like this but best of luck to you. I have definitely considered it many times. especially as the snow comes down !
