Hello everyone!

My name is Jeremy and I am new to BiggerPockets, and new to Real Estate investing as a whole.  I am currently taking steps to begin my career as an investor, am still under capitalized, yet still very eager to get started.  I have been educating myself for quite some time now, as I save and build capital, but I am so eager to get started that I can barely stand it.  What steps should someone in my position be taking now just getting started, and what things should one be doing that they might not already be doing?  If you like offering good advice and pointers, I'd love to hear from your experiences, and please feel free to read my profile as I would love to build connections with people so that I can not only grow myself, but also tell of my own personal experiences in managing people, if it might add value to someone else's personal or professional growth.  Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing some great advice!
