@David Lee Hall, III Thanks for response. Have you used or heard of applying LVP on hardwood floor? I’m just not sure if I should spend the money on LVP or using that money to refinish the hardwood

Hi everyone,

What do you think of peel and stick vinyl flooring. I have a rental that has hardflooring but looks pretty old and worn. I was thinking of applying peel and stick vinyl. Another option was just cleaning it and buffing it out.

@Suresh Kannan That's inspirational! How were you able to get the fund these in short time? Was there any trouble with DTI ratio with banks, if that's what you used?
