I found an apt/condo that has been empty for quite some time.. I have done my homework on the property and it was foreclosed about a year ago. The part of my homework i cant seem to complete is getting hold of who owns the property now. I have searched the public records asked the HOA dept. and nothing! I was able to acquire a couple of pictures of the property's interior current status and it defenetly needs rehab. I see potential in the property and i would like to summit a purchase contract, but to who? In this case what whould i do? Thank you much in advance!
