Any lenders in south florida that still do 10% down?

Karen Margrave thank you for your response. im using them to learn their meanings for future proposes, i want to be able to know what the terms means when the situation present itself.

Does anyone happen to known where beginners can find Financial terms definitions, RE terms and their definitions? for example: NOI, ROI, clauses on a mortgage etc. The more terms the better. thank you

Taking in consideration that prices are going up as well as interest rates and also FHA raised its mortgage insurance premium. what are the chances of obtaining a conventional mortgage Loan with 10% down? Many lenders ask for 20% or more down, any thought on the subject? advices and comments are well appreciated! Thank you

Thank you James Vermillion for your response and warm welcome. I'm currently starting my real estate investment, i have obtained knowledge from this site and i have also read a couple of books and listen to a few audio books. I still have a long way ahead, but i can gladly say that thanks to many Pros including yourself and many others on the site i have gained tremendous knowledge. My main goal is to succeed at my niche and keep perfecting my strategy to make the process less riskier and potentially make smart decisions. I see great potential in rehabbing as well as buying and holding in my area but i do not want to rush into anything without properly acquiring proper knowledge. I feel that i'm in the Analysis Paralysis stage but that just encourages me to continue on pursuing. I will be uploading a picture soon.

Thank you @Shawn Yesner for the helpful reply. i couldn't agreed with you more, miami is great place to live and invest. i been living in Miami for about 10 years now so i know the area quite well, i have been to tampa is a beautiful place as well. i will be looking into the REIAs you sent me and taking it from there. Thank you for your help.
