@Greg Bond That's an awesome job on the rehab! Did you do any value add or was it just all cosmetic?

@John Warren thank you for your reply! I keep seeing everywhere that consistency is key. I will definitely keep that in mid. If you don’t mind me asking, Do you have a specific letter you mail out or is it a generic letter asking to buy they’re property?

Hey guys, so having access to MLS has given me even more access to certain software programs that can help identify absentee owners (in & out of state). I'm generating a list to market to and would like some insight on what would be the best strategy to use as far as direct mail, or any other tactics that can get a better response rate.

The goal is to build a pipeline of deals to buy myself, wholesale, or even help the seller sell there home.

Anything helps!

Hello all, I am a realtor in Ocala, Florida(south of Gainesville, north of Orlando) and I personally have been helping people buy and sell real estate now for 1 and half years. My Niche is more with investor properties so i want to connect with more investors to help you reach your goal on a property. I have access to MLS (all of Florida) and Have some knowledge when it comes to pulling comps to help streamline the process.

I bought a property myself and am looking to scale my own portfolio, but what better way to do it while helping others do the same!

Hopefully i can connect with many of you and provide as much value as i can!

Lets connect and grow together!

How can I properly use list source to get absentee owners? There's a lot of data as far as mortgages and other items that throw me off so I want to make sure I'm purchasing the list with the right information.
