Dallas or Orlando? Which one?

I am looking into both of these markets and I like both. I cannot decide which one would be better to start off at for my first couple of rental properties. I have some more research to do on each of them but it would be greatly appreciated if you can help me make my choice. Thanks!

Depends on how you like your mosquitos....BBQd in Texas, deep fried in Florida with a side of gator.   I say look at the numbers, don't just look at returns too, take a look at the economic numbers and see where you think the growth will be.  I think both markets are on fire right now....super hot.   Of course we would love you to come to/invest in Texas.
