Realtors maximizing MLS
Hey guys, so having access to MLS has given me even more access to certain software programs that can help identify absentee owners (in & out of state). I'm generating a list to market to and would like some insight on what would be the best strategy to use as far as direct mail, or any other tactics that can get a better response rate.
The goal is to build a pipeline of deals to buy myself, wholesale, or even help the seller sell there home.
Anything helps!

@Josue Molinari I have tried at least 40-50 different post cards and letters. They all work. I like letters best because you get a higher open rate, but they are mad expensive. I get good results from just sold post cards a lot of times with pictures of my listings. I focus a lot on towns where I am already a dominant listing agent like Berwyn and Forest Park, and it works pretty well.
