Hello BP!

I am currently designing my Business cards for wholesaling. These are the cards I plan to pass out to investors and other potential buyers. So far My card looks very plain. I only have my contact info and on one side of the card it looks empty like something should go there. I was thinking of putting a quote. Does anyone have any ideas of a good quote. or just any ideas in general that could be useful to filling up that side of the card? Something like a slogan as well. Also As my "position" on the business card I put "Property Acquisition Specialist" Does this sound good or can it be related to wholesaling? if not do you have any suggestions for me?. I have My first REI meeting Aust 13 th so i would really like to finish the design by tomorrow and order them to have them shipped to me on time for the meeting. Thanks!

Wow 40k on a single deal thats awesome!. Can you share some details about that transaction? Just curious to know Im just getting started on wholesaling and have yet to make my first deal.

I Downloaded some good Documents and simple contracts from http://smartlazyinvestor.com/how-to-wholesale-properties/real-estate-wholesaling-contracts/ I thought they were easy to use although I did find the Purchase seller contract need it to have a Assign/assigne clause added to it other than that it was simple and useful.

Hi George Does this include the mailing list?

Aside from each yellow letter you still have to buy the mailing list am I right? That is a really good deal but i think what comes pricey is the mailing list. If you know more about this please let me know. Thank you !

I have had the same question because I myself am starting out and haven't proceeded to actually get my feet wet on a deal because I want to make sure it is not illegal. From my understanding it is not illegal because you are not selling homes. It would be illegal if you were selling a home without a license but what you are doing is assigning a contract to someone else. Now some people say this is just a "cover up" but I really don't think so. I wouldn't think this Site would have resources and a specific Forum category for something that is illegal. That is just my opinion from previous research i have been doing. If you find otherwise I would greatly appreciate if you would tell me. Thank you and best of luck! @David OConnell

I read that you can make your own its cheaper and you might get more response from a handwritten envelope. You would just need to buy a list from list source or us leads.

Ive found some with "we buy houses" Preferably "I buy houses"

I've even tried to put in "investor"

its a little tricky though because a lot of them are also wholesalers but just from the ads you will be able to more or less identify with ones are investors and which ones are other wholesalers.
