Just curious, is this an annual tax sale in Alabama? I've been to a few auctions on the courthouse square but didn't know if this was separate? Always trying to find new opportunities.. thanks in advance!

Thanks Ryan Murdock , my banker just emailed and said the rates are prime + 1.5%. Interest only 5 year note. I have good credit so this does not seem like a bad deal? Seems very straightforward.

Hey Mike W. , thank you for your response! so you use it to purchase property and then, after renovations, refinance and can remove the HELOC?
