My last BRRRR, bank did a DESKTOP appraisal and it appraised for $75K. I requested a full appraisal ( walked premise inside & out). I also met appraiser @ property with a list of comps that recently sold along with a printout of all updates done to the house with expenses. Appraisal came in @ 155K.

@Raj Kaushal My business partner and I purchased an online auction property without ever seeing it. I stumbled across the property the night before the auction and was unable to take off work the next day. The day of auction, I took my lunch break, ran over to a Starbucks and won it. It was awesome

Good Afternoon,

I'm seriously considering building 4 small storage units in the back of our 4Plex. There are posts regarding this subject but I wanted to hear from those who have accomplished this task about where they went to purchase the actual material.. Did you build it from scratch or did you order a "kit" from a mini storage manufacturer? Did you use wood material or metal? There are so many options out there that it becomes overwhelming and I know that you guys and gals here on BP have a lot of tips and can help steer me in the right direction.
