Anyone participating in the Alabama Tax Sale Auction this year? We're thinking about Birmingham but will definitely be doing the Montgomery County one in June. Looking to talk about possible JV's or if you've done this before, asking a little bit about how it works. I've called the county and it seemed as though no one really knew the answers to my questions. Looking forward to connecting!
