There's a full service airbnb manager but the name is evading me. I've seen @Tim Thornton below pretty active on the airbnb posts. Might be what you are looking for

Sell it without paying taxes then take your 140 gain and get you some multifamily deals that would cash flow better than the house would. good luck and congrats.

Hi , I’m active service over here and yes that’s a bold move to resign from the Navy. I guess the plus side is you will have more time to invest. The market is tough here but I am sure to let people know the US population is set to double in the next 30 years so even at market costs are Good holds over time. I’d be glad to share with you some of the stuff my wife and I have been looking at to get you tuned up to the market here. PM me or her at Kaley Roberts Best of luck in your translation from the military. These are exciting times I’m sure.

@Rich Weese

If owning one house was good, owning 10 houses was better.

If owning 10 houses was good, owning 100 houses was even better.

Words of wisdom right there I tell ya - That's pretty amazing you have travelled all those places - I have quite a few states to hit yet but I've done almost every country in Europe - Asia is next.

Happy travels.

You may be able to find some more creative ways of investing in Brandon’s book - investing with low or no money down- there were a few early podcasts that mentioned some pretty creative Unfortunately I couldn’t find it. Leverage is bad when the market dips or crashes and you feel the ripple in your wallet.

Colin, You are in the right place to get education. Here is a list of all the books ever mentioned in the podcasts. https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/79/topics/388292-list-of-all-books-mentioned-on-biggerpocketscom-podcast Rich dad poor dad is a great starter book. As far as the house goes you should talk to a local expert. There are some old Victorian homes in Colorado Springs near the colleges and universities (downtown and north end). Might be right up your ally. Feel free to reach out for informal advice or tonKaley Roberts my wife a local agent. More than happy to assist.
