You can check the occupation rate of the area by doing a search on Airdna. Other than that - What is the employment growth in your area like? What attractions/landmarks are nearby? Are there any things that make your area unique to others? Are you trying to use this property as an STR, or LTR?

Do you have to put a down payment down on a home if you are putting down a 3-2-1 buydown?

Also, is the monthly payment going back to what it should have started with if you hadn't put down the lump sum down after the third year?
