@Gerald Demers

That is a marvelous way to look at it. So the plan i have only seems right to me but I know I'm miss parts of it. Connecting seems to be a term used easily, but hard to apply in a real life situation. Maybe its just me but I do feel alone cause I lack the knowledge of how to connect. I see by your profile that you do note investing. That is new to me and knowing your doing it makes me wonder if I can too. But I come to the same road block of connecting. Sure your giving me great advice that I will take notes on but is that the connection that starts the process of networking? I would what else I would need to really connect to anyone for there knowledge. Most times I see ads and the tell me pay here and you'll have the knowledge needed. So when Information is offered and any other way is kind of unreadable to me. Hopefully i haven't confused you. But in my life thus far I've never needed to network with people its been done for me. (I.E. School, Military, Work)

So all in all I wish to know how to connect at the basic level.

Thank you Very much for you reply!

I have just about finished my real estate investing plan. Last i checked we all could use some help in development. So whats a good way to really proof read (have help proofing) this plan of mine to find out "holes" or a lack of knowledge placed in any of the areas need to invest with smart choices and minimal loses from the start?

Open to any and all suggestions!

Hello everyone,

What types of loans are available to a beginner? Can I have more than one type? Can i have multiple of the same type? What are the types to start investing ASAP? Does having no money prevent me from some types of loans? Can you get one lender for multiple properties? Where are some of the other "Non-conventional" loans at and how to reach them? If I i use others money for investing does this take away my profits?

@Todd Fithian

I'm currently following you so any and all the information you have is greatly appreciated. I just finished with a meeting with a real estate agent and they provided loads of info on the V.A. loan. at 5:00pm MST I am watching the webinar for more helpful tips.

Thank you again for the help and the resources you have provided with your knowledge.

That does help thank you. So after the first mortgage loan and a successful renting of that property, I can just go to the next property and apply for another mortgage? Or does the first property have to be paid off?

Thank you Joshua

Hello everyone,

I have a relatively easy question. And mainly the lack of knowledge on my part and the inability to find this knowledge on this site. The question is this: Once i get financial help to buy the first property, how do I hold on to it for renting purpose and buy another? Is this possible or just wrong thinking?

Thanks Joshua

I've never thought about house hacking, mainly cause i didn't know about it. So buying a duplex or triplex is like buying a home as far as I gather from your advice. Are those type of places going to be listed a specific way or just like a home listing? And yes i am in the military and that is a route I could take, however how can this help me further then the first buy? Like when I want to expand my portfolio. Again I appreciate the advice very much and would like to know where I can find more about house hacking.

Very thankful Joshua

Hello,

My name is Joshua and I'm not sure what to do from here. I've never invested before and I want to because hopefully it'll get me the freedom of a 9-5. So far the easiest way i see that happening is by buying and renting to create cash flow. But as I state earlier I have no idea what is best to start with.

Thanks for reading and helping!
