Types of Loans and thier purpose.

Hello everyone,

What types of loans are available to a beginner? Can I have more than one type? Can i have multiple of the same type? What are the types to start investing ASAP? Does having no money prevent me from some types of loans? Can you get one lender for multiple properties? Where are some of the other "Non-conventional" loans at and how to reach them? If I i use others money for investing does this take away my profits?
