New to real estate!!

Hello,

My name is Joshua and I'm not sure what to do from here. I've never invested before and I want to because hopefully it'll get me the freedom of a 9-5. So far the easiest way i see that happening is by buying and renting to create cash flow. But as I state earlier I have no idea what is best to start with.

Thanks for reading and helping!

@Joshua Davis No problem at all! Yea man there's so many incentives with VA loans that regular mortgage financing cant do. Check out some blogs and podcasts here on BP, i'm still somewhat on the new side myself but because of the insane amounts of info on here I've learn a ton. Here's a blog on house hacking that will help you truly understand

Also, I really really recommend listening to podcast on this site, they are very informative and entertaining.  There's even podcasts on here that pertain purely on how to use your military financing and strategies.  BP podcast #177, is great, #92 is great, theyre all great! lol.

Networking on here, asking questions, hunting deals, and just learning will be your best bet and best friend.  Feel free to ask away
