@Jeff Dawson are you talking about the tenant app or the owner app? What is clunky about it?

@Drew Sygit I agree Propertyware is pretty sparse, my PM uses it and the landlord portal isn't great.

Who was the old property manager that you fired? 

Yes so far so good, inherited a tenant when I bought, has some repairs done after the turnover and they got a tenant in pretty quick after with increased rent. 

I’ve been with CRM Properties for a year now as my PM.
