Hey everyone,

New local investor looking to build portfolio here in Kokomo Indiana. Can anyone recommend a good RE attorney, Property manager/company, contractor contact if any.

Thanks,

Yes so far so good, inherited a tenant when I bought, has some repairs done after the turnover and they got a tenant in pretty quick after with increased rent.
