I can only comment on question #3. The company / person wrapping the car will tell you how long you can keep it on without damaging the paint. Usually they last no more than 5 years

I have two properties in Murells inlet, both are just a hair over 1%, but both still cash flow about 200/month

@Joe Villeneuve yeah that CF is after all of the LOC payments, I put the CF and some extra into the LOC payment every month

@Joe Villeneuve i cash flow about 230 on the first property and about 260 on the second property. I have owned both for less than a year

I just purchased my second property last month and im trying to figure out what i can do to get my third property in a shorter amount of time than it took me to get my second. My first property i purchased through my fathers line of credit so there isnt a traditional loan out on that. Ive been putting a lot of extra principal into that loan and only owe 55k, the property is worth atleast 90k.

I was thinking that getting a traditional 30yr loan on that property and freeing up some capital to get another property a lot sooner would be my best bet. 

Any better reccomendations?
