Any specific area in Massachusetts? I'm sure this will help you find some contractors since not many will travel to the other side of the state on a daily basis

I'm only 21 and got my first property at 20. I haven't had any issues (yet) and that goes from meeting other investors and also getting a loan on my own.

In some states I know you can register just about any dog as a "support" dog even if it hasn't been trained as one. This requires the owner of the animal to just pay a fee registering it. I know some people will do it to abuse the system when it comes to rentals just so that the dog is allowed wether the owner allows it or not

@Marta M. All I've heard in the past years and still to this date is how everyone wished they purchased more than one investment property!! I plan on not joining that and doing what everyone wish they did and buy as many as i can financially afford.

Thank you for the tips on the legal side that link has a TON of info and i will definetly be chatting with you about some pointers on the property mangement aspect of things!

Thank you!

@Brandon Turner Thank you for those links they will come in handy in the near future for me!

Hello everyone!

My names Josh Gangi. I recently came upon BP about three days ago on my phone and as soon as i could get to a computer i created a profile because all of all the great content and information this site contains!

I'm from the northshore area of Massachusetts, about 20 minutes north of Boston. Im faily young (21) but I'm already well on my way into getting big into real estate. Recently i purchased my first investment property in Myrtle Beach. The way my mortgage structured is that ill have this condo payed off in 3.5 years from the first of April this year. Before the end of this year i plan on purchasing another investment property (most likely out of state) but only paying just my minimum monthly payment on this one until my first ones payed off then rolling over my extra out of pocket costs into the second property.

I hope to start doing property management this year aorund the northshore and start learning more about the rental industry itself and all the in's and out's. I plan on starting with properties that are not owner occupied and are being rented to tenants then going into seasonal rentals and vacation rentals.

Just figured I'd drop in and say hello to the community and im also open to any feedback, advice , constructive criticism etc! I know im young but I have already gradutated college and currently have a full time job that pays very well for someone of my age! Hope everyone has a good day

Thank you
