@Michelle Lin

I continue to receive mailer from them but have not acted.  Please let us know if you opt to borrow.  I am curious about the terms.

Take care!

@Brandon Johnson @Ryan Moore

Brandon,  how is it going with them?  I just received an offer also.  What type of terms did they discuss with you?

Ryan, did you settle a loan with them?  Would you recommend?

@Rebecca Beam

I am running into the same issues.  I was fortunate to be able to cancel the three appraisals on three homes under an investment lender loan.  After that was 'paused' I went to a local lender and after two weeks, finally got word they are on pause also.  Most of my cash is tied up now... I am bummed.

if anyone knows an investment lender still lending in GA, I am interested in them reaching out to me.

Thank you so much for that detail.  Exactly the info I was looking for.  The future negative possibilities is an unknown risk at this time

@David S.

where on your credit report would it states forbearance?  This was discussion early on in the thread.  A consumer version doesn't have a category for that and the lender report only currently states current over the last 30/60/90 days.

@Mark Horn

Spot on my thinking.  Looking at credit report (see attached Equifax example), I am unsure what symbol would be placed for that month's payment.

@Robert J.@Eric Rosiello @Adam Tafel

If you opt into the forbearance/delay payment/assistance, what would the lender report to your credit report? I assume this would not impact credit score?
