Hello @Peter MacKercher ,

I am currently looking around for eviction records in Nebraska and having the same problem as you are. However, I did come across this website EvictionRecords.com, which might be helpful to you.

Best of luck.

Hello @Charlie Cobb,

I have recently visited with different lenders. Security National Bank, Centris, and Equitable Bank have been the places I have visited. They were all willing to help me out depending on the deal and with different terms. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Good luck.

Thank you @Josh Miller

I just sent you a PM and will definitely be reaching out to your brother, who sounds like a cool guy.

Hello Omaha members,

I just bought the book "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" and hoping to learn as much as possible about getting the numbers right for a property. However, I'm a visual learner and would love the opportunity to accompany someone while walking through a property. If you need company and/or coffee I could provide both if you are willing to share your knowledge, it could be fun.

Thank you.

Hello BP friends,

My name is Jose Peña and I currently live in the great city of Omaha, NE. I have been reading and listening to a lot of real estate information. The BP forums, podcasts, books, and meetups have helped me gain a better understanding of how I want to use real estate to gain passive income and eventually financial freedom. My wife is really supportive and is helping me along the process.

I graduated from UNO and became a software engineer. I really like what I do, but who doesn't love the idea of spending more time with the family and hobbies. I plan to continue working while building my buy and hold portfolio to help finance properties.

I'm currently working with a great agent, have a HELOC in place, and analyzing properties daily to find something that makes sense. I plan on going to the monthly meetup because I really like the idea of talking about real estate and brainstorming ideas with other investors. Our goal is to be able to buy at least two properties the first year and double the figure every year. I'll let you all know as soon as we get our first property.

I look forward to meeting many of you and becoming more active on the forums.
