How to buy a list of recent evictions?

I'm looking to buy a list of owners who've recently had to evict a tenant so that I can market to motivated sellers. My thinking is, anyone who's just had to evict someone is probably questioning whether they should keep their property. So, does anyone know where I could buy a list of recent evictions, maybe based on ZIP code, so that I could market to the property owners?
